Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 - Upon arrival at Cape Town International Airport you will be met by your driver-guide, who will be with you for the duration of your time in Cape Town, and transferred to your hotel.
Your hotel is located in the heart of Cape Town's vibrant city centre within walking distance of the fashionable foodie district, Bree Street, which offers a variety of dining experiences.
Enjoy the afternoon and evening at your own leisure, depending on your arrival time there are several options of things to do in the city. No driver-guide and vehicle included.

Day 2 - Private Half Day Cape Town City Tour & Table Mountain
Pick-Up Time: 09.00 at Hotel reception
Drop-Off Time: 13.00 at Hotel
Included: Table Mountain Aerial Cableway return tickets.
You will be met by your guide in your hotel reception area and taken on a Half Day Cape Town City Orientation Tour to learn about Cape Town’s rich history and vibrant cultures.
Explore the walking trails at the top and take in the many different views point across the City Bowl, Table Bay, Atlantic Seaboard and Peninsula.

Day 3 - Private Full Day Cape Peninsula Tour
Pick-Up Time: 08.30 at Hotel reception
Drop-Off Time:17.30-18.00 at Hotel
You will be met by your guide in your hotel reception area and taken on a Full Day Cape Peninsula Tour.

Day 4 - Cape Town to Oudtshoorn via Route 62420km Approximate driving time 5 hours (7 hours with stops). This morning your driver-guide will meet you at your hotel reception (please ensure your bags are packed and you have checked out of the hotel) at 09.00 to depart on the next leg of your South African adventure – exploring the beautiful Garden Route.
On arrival in Oudtshoorn visit the <strong>Cango Wildlife Ranch</strong> for a guided 1-hour tour of the facility.
Later Check-in at your accommodation and enjoy the peaceful and picturesque setting on a working ostrich farm.

Day 5 - Full day Oudtshoorn and Transfer to Knysna
Pick-Up Time: 09.00 at Hotel reception – please note a prompt departure is essential in order to fit in all the planned activities of the day
Drop-Off Time: 16.00 at Hotel in Knysna
Included: Standard Heritage Tour at the Cango Caves at 10.00 (1-hour tour)
Tractor Tour at Safari Ostrich Farm at 15.00 (1-hour tour)
John Benn Sunset Cruise on the Knysna Lagoon
Note: All the above tours are on a scheduled/shared basis at each attraction.
You will be met by your guide in your hotel reception area at 09.00 sharp and taken on a full day trip in Oudtshoorn. After the tour you will travel to Knysna which lies 120km (2-hours drive) from Oudtshoorn, traveling over the spectacular Outeniqua Pass and onto the Garden Route.
Your first stop will be at the Cango Caves, which are situated 30km / 30-minutes’ drive outside of Oudtshoorn. Here you will join the Heritage Tour at 11.00 - an easy walk.
Your last stop for the day is Safari Ostrich Farm for a guided tractor tour where you will get to meet and learn more about these large flightless birds that have had such a big impact on the economy of the town. This tour also takes 1-hour, after which you can shop for some ostrich leather products in the shop.
You will then travel to Knysna, arriving at your hotel in the late afternoon, in time for your sunset cruise on the John Benn on the Knysna Lagoon.

Day 6 - Fly George to Johannesburg, Road Transfer to Sun City
Drive to George Airport for your flight to Johannesburg. On arrival you will be met and transferred privately by road (approximately 2.5 hours drive) to the Sun City Resort where you will spend the next 2 days enjoying some rest and relaxation as well as the many opportunities for fun and excitement with all of the activities and entertainment on offer at the resort.

Day 7 - At leisure - Sun City Resort
Enjoy a full day at leisure to enjoy the wide variety of entertainment, activities and dining options at the Sun City resort.
You also have the option (at an additional cost) of either a morning or an afternoon open-vehicle Big Five Safari in Pilanesberg National Park.

Day 8 - <strong>Sun City to Hazyview (Approximate driving time 7 hours)
This morning after an early breakfast you will be transferred by road to the Hazyview near Kruger National Park, where you will spend the next 2 days on safari.
Dinner at the resort.

Day 9 - Full Day Kruger National Park open-safari-vehicle Game Drive.
Full day game drive in Kruger National Park on custom built open safari vehicles which affords all guests comfort and & optimal views of animals! You will be collected at your Lodge at 05.15, please collect breakfast packs from the lodge, and you will return at approximately 16.00 after the safari.
They will stop at picnic spots and rest camps throughout the day for breakfast, lunch and restroom breaks.
On return, take the time to relax and freshen up before dinner.</p>

Day 10 - Hazyview to OR Tambo International Airport for Departure (Approximate driving time 6 hours)
After breakfast and check-out you will be transferred back to OR Tambo Airport in Johannesburg for your departure flight.

BOOKING PROCESS
To accept your booking, you will have send us a Confirmation Email replying to the final proposal. On receipt of your confirmation email, we will send you the Booking Milestones giving various timelines. We request you to process the payments as per the Booking Milestones. On receipt of your advance payments, we will initiate the bookings for flights, hotel and other services. Incase, any of the services are unavailable, we will provide you with alternate options.
PAYMENT POLICY
Air Fare: 100% Advance Land Package: Non Refundable Interest Free Booking Deposit @ 25% or INR 20000.00 whichever is higher, next installment of 50% within 10 Days from the booking date, last installment 25 Days before the departure date. However, this might change depending on the tour and season of your travel and will be communicated at the time of booking. Strictly, all the payments to be cleared before the departure dates.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Calculation is based on the no. of days before the Departure Date: More than 30 Days: The Booking Deposit will be forfeited. 29-15 Days: 25% of the booking amount. 14-07 Days: 50% of the booking amount. 07-00 Days: 100% of the booking amount (will be treated as No Show). However, this might change depending on the tour and season of your travel and will be communicated at the time of booking. GST will be levied at the applicable rates.
